Advantages
The benefits of the IQia building system compared to conventional constructions are:
- Seismic protection – security for the customer:
The low weight of construction ensures excellent performance when subjected to an earthquake and offers high security.
Usually, the owner pays thirty per cent less to IKA (construction tax) than conventional construction.
- Durability – protection from adverse weather conditions:
The building system uses materials, which combine to ensure durability and protection from adverse weather conditions.
- High sound and thermal insulation and fire protection:
The external thermal insulation system and the dry wall construction provide high insulation and thermal insulation far in excess of conventional constructions.
Using dry construction methods avoids delays in completion of the project, eliminating the drying time needed for traditional materials.
- Freedom in architectural design:
The use of steel as the primary building material gives architects the freedom to design larger areas without columns. These are integrated within the walls giving better aesthetic feel to the interior.
- Future expansion capabilities – new layouts:
The IQia system is an ideal solution for allowing future flexibility by the addition of extra floors to existing buildings due to its low weight.
- Perfect application of material – flawless finish:
The assembly of the structure provides horizontal and vertical surfaces perfectly aligned, giving a flawless finish to exterior and interior spaces with a high quality result.
